Designed to promote health, support education, and boost local tourism, the event featured 3K, 5K, and 10K categories. Takbology 143 Virtual Run is a faith-inspired running event launched in 2020 by Takbo.ph and Dr. Richard Allen Arriola Ramos. Centered around the theme of love ("143" meaning "I love you"), the virtual run allowed participants to complete distances from 21K to 200K between February 1 and March 15. Open to runners of all levels, it promoted fitness, community, and purpose—anytime, anywhere.

Beyond music, Takbology is a passionate runner and ultramarathoner, a researcher, and an event organizer. He founded Takbology 101 in San Pablo City, Laguna, and launched Takbology 143, a virtual run event that combines fitness and faith to bring people closer to Christ.
With over two decades of experience in international education, Dr. Ramos continues to serve through creative expressions. He recently published his first children’s book, The Baby Brother Wish List, with the hope of encouraging families through faith-based storytelling.
In all these endeavors—teaching, writing, running, and making music—Takbology’s mission is simple: to follow Jesus and make Him known.
